Order Cancellation & Changes
1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order — but only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Our system works fast, so we recommend acting quickly.
- Go to “My Orders” in your SemPya-224 account
- Click “Cancel Order” if still available
- If the button is missing, it means the order is already in progress
If it's too late, simply wait for delivery and request a return. Contact us for urgent help.

2. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's in transit, the address can’t be modified.
- Log into your account
- Find the order and click “Edit Address” (if available)
- If not available, the package is already being processed
If the order was placed recently, contact support immediately and we may be able to update it.

3. Can I modify the items in my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you cannot change the items directly. However, if it hasn’t shipped yet:
- Cancel the order and place a new one with the correct items
- Or contact support quickly to request cancellation
After the order ships, no changes can be made. You’ll need to request a return once received.

4. Why can't I cancel my order?
If the cancel button is missing or unresponsive, it likely means your order is already being processed or has shipped.
In this case, the best solution is to receive the order, then initiate a return via “My Orders”.

5. How do I check if my change or cancellation was accepted?
Once your cancellation or modification is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
You can also go to “My Orders” in your account to see the status. If your order shows “Canceled” or “Updated”, your request was successful.
No update? Reach out to us and we’ll check the status for you manually.
