My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Here’s what to do if your item arrived damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
  • Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
  • Select the order and click on “Report a Problem”
  • Upload the photos and explain the issue

Once we review your report, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item or discard it safely.
