Package marked as delivered but not received

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, don't worry — this can happen sometimes due to early scans by the delivery carrier.

Please follow these steps first:

  • Check around your home, mailbox, front door, back porch, or any delivery drop zone.
  • Ask your neighbors, building manager, or front desk if they accepted the package for you.
  • Wait 24 hours — some packages are scanned early by the delivery company.

If your package hasn’t shown up after 24 hours, please contact our support team. We will assist you with an investigation or replacement.
