What is your return policy?

At SemPya-224, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)
• Return shipping may be at your cost unless the item was defective or incorrect
