Package marked as delivered but not received
If your tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry — this can happen.
Here’s what you should do:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, garage, or delivery drop area.
- Ask your neighbors or building manager in case they accepted the package for you.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan items before actual delivery.
If after 24 hours you still haven’t received it, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a solution.
