Undeliverable Package

If your order is marked as "Undeliverable", it means the carrier was unable to deliver your package due to one of the following reasons:

  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
  • No one was available to receive the package
  • The delivery location was not accessible (gate, door code, etc.)
  • The carrier made multiple unsuccessful attempts

In such cases, the package is returned to us. Once we receive it, you’ll be automatically refunded. If you still want the item, feel free to place a new order with the correct delivery information.
