Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you received the wrong size, color, or product, or simply want to make an exchange, you can request one within 30 days of delivery.
Here's how to exchange an item:
- Go to “My Orders” in your account dashboard
- Select the item you want to exchange and click “Request Exchange”
- Choose the correct item or variation you want instead
- Submit the request and follow the instructions provided
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions to return the original item. After receiving it, we’ll ship out the replacement. If your exchange isn’t available, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.
