Missing Item in Your Package
If you received your package but one or more items are missing, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Here's what you should do:
- Double-check the entire packaging and inside all compartments (some items may be small or wrapped separately)
- Verify if the missing item was shipped separately — sometimes orders are split into multiple shipments
- Check your email or "My Orders" page for any tracking numbers or shipment updates
If the item is not found and wasn’t shipped separately, please contact our support team. We'll investigate and make it right — either by resending the item or issuing a refund.
